The CEO of Roser Medical is Dr Alina Roser (MBBS, MRCGP, DFSRH, PG-CILT, FHEA). Alina is a UK based General Practitioner and Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen Mary University. She is amongst the first GPs to specialise in Genomic Medicine at the University of Cambridge a leading programme at Sanger Institute and the European Bioinformatics Institute at the Wellcome Genome Campus (EMBL-EBI). Alina is a healthcare service improvement specialist and the first clinician to pioneer Pharmacogenetic testing for depression and heart medication in UK Primary Care.

The Chairman of Roser Medical is Dr Thorsten Roser (Dipl.Psych, PhD). Thorsten has studied at the University of Heidelberg, Fraunhofer Institute, the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), as well as Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. For almost two decades, Thorsten has worked with large and multinational companies, as well as European SMEs. His work as innovation specialist and business consultant has been internationally recognised. His experience in early-stage venture investing paired with a pragmatic approach to business has helped to accelerate the growth numerous technology and healthcare companies.
